Where and when do I register?
Registration opens online at 8:00 AM Pacific Time on Thursday, April 2, 2026.

  • Pro Tip: Do not submit your form even a second before 8:00 AM. The system only allows one submission per person; if you "jump the gun," you may be locked out and unable to resubmit.

How can I increase my team’s chances of getting a spot?

We have space for 10 teams in each division (3.5, 4.0, and 4.0/4.5 Combo) per session. Your best chance of getting in is to remain flexible on the session you attend. Option B increases your chance of getting a spot. Talk to your team beforehand and be ready to select one of these availability options:

Session One

  • Option A: Nov. 3–6 is the ONLY session my team can attend.

  • Option B: Nov. 3–6 is our PREFERRED session, but we can attend either.

Session Two

  • Option A: Nov. 7–10 is the ONLY session my team can attend.

  • Option B: Nov. 7–10 is our PREFERRED session, but we can attend either.

Note: Please do not submit multiple registrations for the same team. Duplicate entries may result in all registrations for that team being considered invalid.

What information do I need at the time of registration?

You must have a minimum of 7 players (including the captain) to register. All form fields are required; entries marked "TBD" will not be accepted. To ensure a smooth process:

  • Verify the spelling of all first and last names.

  • Double-check all email addresses (these are used for future liability waivers).

  • Review the Tucson Sample Registration PDF ahead of time to see exactly what data is required.

How much is it and when is payment due?

1. Notification: Captains will be notified within 24 hours or less if space is available.

2. Payment: No payment is due at the time of registration. Once confirmed, the captain will need to pay for the initial 7 players in full within 10 days. The fee per person is $315. A team of 7 is $2205. Individual players can be added later.

3. Deadline: If payment is not received within 10 days, your spot may be forfeited.

4. Methods: Zelle is preferred. Payment by check or Venmo also accepted.
