A minimum of seven (7) women is required for a team to be eligible for tournament play. More than seven players are welcome. Tournament fees for all team members are due at the time of registration.
All players on a team must be rated at or below the division entered by their team captain. If players do not have a USTA rating they will need to check the USTA ratings guidelines and self-rate.

Terms & Conditions

  • Agree and confirm that all registered team members are age 45+;
  • Agree and confirm, under penalty of team disqualification, that all team members are USTA rated (or self-rated based on USTA guidelines) at or below the division in which I have entered my team;
  • Understand and have communicated to team members that refunds will not be given to individual team members under any circumstances.  Substitutions for team members may be made at any time;
  • Understand that if necessary, my team may be moved to a different flight than that in which it is registered in order to balance out the number of teams in each division;
  • Understand that due to the later than normal payment date necessitated by the Covid-19 situation, no refunds will be issued for team cancellations and no refunds will be given to individual team members. However, substitutions for team members may be made at any time;
  • Understand that the tournament organizers have the authority to cancel this event should extenuating and/or unforeseen circumstances arise, including but not limited to weather conditions and other acts of nature; if the event is cancelled by MPLT, team payment will be fully refunded;
  • Understand that my team's registration will not be finalized until payment has been made in full.

Registration opens at 8am PDT, Tue., May 5, 2020.   Registration submitted before this time will not be accepted.
Registration process this year:

  •    Space is available for 10 teams in each division - 3.5, 4.0, and 4.0/4.5 combo.
  •    Teams will receive placement in the event on a first-come, first-serve basis, in the order that they register. Given the    uncertainty of the situation at this point in time, a waitlist will be kept and registration will remain open for an extended     period of time.
  •    No payment will be due at the time of registration. When it seems likely that the event can proceed as planned, payment    will be requested. We anticipate this date to be about June 1 or so.  $245 per person/minimum 7 players per team.
  •    Due to the later than normal payment date necessitated by the Covid-19 situation, no refunds will be issued for team    cancellations and no refunds will be given to individual team members after payment is made. However, substitutions for     team members may be made at any time.
